More announcements are coming from the Bronco camp. Boise State head Coach Spencer Danielson announced last night that offensive line coach Tim Keane will be retained for the 2024 season. Keane has spent the past three seasons at Boise State with the Broncos offensive line improving tremendously during his tenure.
From the college scoreboard yesterday for the women, the Idaho Vandals took the win over the St. Martin’s Saints with a final score of 63 to 44.
From the High School games of yesterday, first for the boys varsity basketball games, Wendell downed Valley 73 to 55. Jerome outlasted Mountain Home 47 to 45. It was Kimberly 77 Sugar Salem 54. Emmett defeated Camas County 49 to 44 and Fruitland took the win over Buhl in a game as close as it can get. The score 61 to 60. Another close one was Soda Springs 43 over Declo 42. Butte County said no to Raft River 65 to 29.
For the girls, the Twin Falls Bruins took the win over the Kimberly bulldogs with a score of 50 to 44. Elsewhere Declo defeated Gooding 58 to 29. Butte County downed Oakley 47 to 37 and it was Richfield 40 over Carey 36.
Looking at the schedule for sports today, first for the boys prep basketball. Raft River travels to Rockland. Rim rock heads to Oakley.
For the girls, Castleford will host Shoshone. Preston visits Gooding.
